Sister Suppers 2024
Sister Supper time is almost here, and with all that’s been going on with me, it almost slipped my mind. But there is still time!
If you aren’t familiar with them, Sister Suppers are small, lively home gatherings that help us get to know one another better over a shared meal. The Suppers provide wonderful opportunities for connecting and reconnecting with other women within the UUSG community. They are open to all members and friends of UUSG who identify as women.
You may sign up as a hostess, a participant, or an alternate. Hostesses determine a date and time to open their homes to five participants. Each participant is assigned a dish to bring. Alternates are contacted if last-minute openings occur. You may volunteer to serve as a hostess, but you do not have to host in order to participate. Attendance is limited to six.
Three Suppers will be offered:
September/October
October/November
November/December
Hostesses and participants will be notified of their assignments in early September.
The deadline for signing up is September 2 (Labor Day). No late additions will be considered as the scheduling process is complex and time-consuming, so sign up today!
