NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
MAY 17, 2020, 11:30 A.M.–1:00 P.M.
TO BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE (ZOOM)
The Board of Directors gives notice that UUSG’s Annual Meeting will take place on May 17, 2020. The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect next year’s Officers, Directors, and Nominating Committee members. (Please see below to review the slate.) In accordance with UUSG’s bylaws, a quorum of 25% (63) of the Voting Members of the Society is required. Voting by proxy shall not be allowed.
Due to stay-at-home precautions required by the Coronavirus pandemic, the Board has determined that this meeting will be conducted electronically using Zoom. To receive the meeting link, members must register no later than Saturday, May 16, 2020.

PROPOSED SLATE OF CANDIDATES FOR 2020-2021 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

President: Molly MacKay Zacker (1-year term)
Vice President 1: Nancy Christensen (1-year term)
Vice President 2: Jenny Montgomery (1-year term)
Secretary: Patricia Ward (1-year term)
Treasurer: Larry Escalona (1-year term)
Director: Don Clements (2-year term)
Director: Gail Tattersfield (2-year term)
Directors Kathy Cornell and Craig Moore will be completing the 2nd year of their 2-year terms.
Nominating Committee
Nominating Committee Chair: David Tomell (1-year term)
Nominating Committee Member: David de Coriolis (1-year term)
Nominating Committee Member: Tracey McFadden (1-year term)
Two remaining members of the Nominating Committee will be appointed by the newly elected Board after July 1, 2020.
Additions to the slate may be made by petition of ten Voting Members and/or Student Members made to the Committee at least two weeks prior to the May 17 Annual Meeting. Any additions must be submitted to the Nominating Committee (nominating@uusg.org) by Sunday, May 3, and must include the required petition of ten Voting Members and/or Student Members.
