Oneness Drum Circle
First Sunday of the month, 2-4pm
Starting March 5! Drums are among the earth’s oldest musical instruments and seem to have had a place in every ancient culture. This Drum Circle is uniquely designed for all ages to participate in creating rhythmic flows of music (vibrational energy) coming together as ONE. This experience is intended to lift our energetic vibrations as we learn to trust in the flow of consciousness connections and intentionally spread some high vibes of love & joy around the world. Music is the easiest way to lift vibrations. Gina Grupe-Stibal will be leading this experience of a Oneness Drum Circle. Be prepared to have fun and move around (no music experience required). Don’t have a drum? Make one. There are tons of DIY drum videos on YouTube. It can be as simple as an empty soup can with a latex balloon over the top and a pencil for the drumstick. Also…other instruments that you feel called to bring in harmony are welcome such as shakers, maracas, flute, guitar, hand drum, wind chimes, rain sticks…you get the idea!
